When you add an appointment to your calendar, you can set it to recur in the future. This works well for clients that always want to have a future appointment booked with the same staff member.
Step-by-step instructions
You can only make appointments recurring if they have only one service. If the appointment has more than one service, you will not be able to make it repeat in the future.
1 Click on the appointment you want to repeat and choose Edit.
2 Click the Recurrence tab.
3 In the repeat section, choose the frequency of the appointment - daily, weekly, or monthly.
4 Choose when the repeated appointments will end - after a certain number of appointments, on a specific date, or never.
5 Save the changes.
Check your recurring appointment is setup correctly
1 Go to the top of your calendar and click on the box with the date.
2 Choose the date when the next appointment should be booked.
3 If set up correctly, you'll see the appointment is booked with the same service and staff member.
