Your calendar's appointments show you important information about the booking. At a glance, you can see the client's name, the service, and the time it's booked. There may also be an icon in the right-hand corner. This guide describes the icons and what they mean.
The icons:
- New client
- Client's birthday
- Invoice is paid
- Appointment is complete
- The client has arrived
- Client is a no-show
- There's a client alert
- Client has a booking note
- A client is VIP
- The client requested a staff member
- Client's staff request isn't possible
- The client has paid a deposit
- The client has booked online
- The client has a recurring appointment
- The client has an open invoice
New client
The icon says 'New' with lines above and below it.
Client's birthday
The icon is a birthday cake and shows that it's the client's birthday on the day of the booking.
Invoice is paid
The icon is a rectangle, with a dollar sign and a tick.
Appointment is complete
The appointment box has changed from a colour to grey, and there's a tick in a circle.
The client has arrived
The icon is a rectangle with an arrow in it. The colour to the side of the box has also changed to diagonal stripes.
Client is a no-show
The icon is a thumbs-down.
Client Information alert
The icon is a triangle with an exclamation mark inside. This can show you that there's important client information like an allergy.
Client has a booking note
The icon is a rectangle icon with text lines.
A client is VIP
The icon is a star.
The client requested a staff member
The icon is a speech bubble with an R inside.
Client's staff request isn't possible
The icon is a speech bubble with an exclamation mark.
The client has paid a deposit
The icon is a cash note.
The client has booked online
The icon is a cloud.
The client has a recurring appointment
The icon is two arrows.
The client has an open invoice
The icon shows that the client has an unpaid invoice for this appointment.
