When you or a client need to change the time or date of an appointment, you can do it straight from the calendar in 5 easy steps.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on the appointment you want to change.
2 This will open the appointment details. Click on the Reschedule button.
3 A prompt will appear at the top of the screen, guiding you to choose a new time for the appointment.
4 Click the date at the top of the calendar to open a calendar and select the date. You can jump forward weeks, choose a specific date, or use the arrow buttons to go between days.
This will shift the calendar view to the next day.
5 Click on the new time for the appointment and it will move automatically to the spot chosen.
