Need to rebook a client’s appointment for the same service? You can easily do this through the Client sidebar in your Timely calendar, saving time and ensuring seamless scheduling.
1 Go to the Client sidebar and search for your client in the search field at the top of the sidebar.
2 Click the client's name.
3 Scroll down to their next appointment or their last appointment and select Book again.
4 Now you can choose the next appointment time. Go to the date at the top of the calendar.
5 Click the date you want to make the booking. You can easily jump forward a number of weeks.
6 Click the time that suits you and your client.
7 Click Save.
8 Success! Your client is now rebooked.
