Step-by-step instructions
1 Open the Timely iOS app on your iPhone.
2 At the bottom right corner of the screen, tap on three dots.
3 Select Settings.
Connect to our chatbot and live messaging
1 Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and tap on Get help.
2 This will lead you to the help guides. Tap on the Question Mark to use Timely's support chatbot.
3 This is our Timely Chatbot. If you don't get the answer you need, the chatbot will connect you to a real person from Timely who you can message directly.
Call us on the phone
Only customers on the Innovate plan have access to our dedicated support phone number. If you are not on this plan, you'll find help here, use our chatbot, or get in touch with support here.
1 If you prefer to speak to us over the phone, go back to the app and tap on Call Us.
2 Here you will see the number for your country. Remember, these lines are open during regular business hours in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
