In this article, you'll learn how to manage your online booking time policies with Timely. This feature allows you to control when customers can schedule their appointments.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Navigate to Setup.

2 Click on Online Bookings.

3 Scroll down to the Booking Policy section. Here, you're able to set how soon or how close to their appointment time customers can book.

4 Determine how far into the future you want your customers to be able to book. For example, you might allow customers to book one hour before their appointment time and up to three weeks into the future.

5 Don't forget to click the Save button to apply these changes.
