How to use the client overview report
The Client Overview Report gives you visibility over all your clients on top of general client information. It's also great for other uses such as identify client who have been absence and for how long, filtering target groups for marketing or exporting your client list. For third party tools, you can customise which columns you'd like to see or report on.
Step-by-step instructions
1 In the client overview report, click edit columns.
2 Select or unselect to configure the column information you'd like to see. After you've made your changes, click update.
3 Some columns have additional filters that you can add, click on filter to apply them if needed and click on update again.
4 By default, all reports will be sorted by client name in alphabetical order, but you can choose to sort your data by your choice of column by hovering over the column and clicking the arrow next to the column name. To reverse the order, click the arrow again.
