Step by step instructions
The Duplicate Customers report allows you to find customer records that may be a double up. You can filter by name, SMS number or email.
1Go to 'Reports' and ensure you have the 'Duplicate customer list' report selected from the dropdown and then select either name, SMS or email under the 'Duplicates by' dropdown

2To view your selections, click 'View Report'

3You can then click on the Customer ID and use the Merge feature under their customer profile to merge the two profiles together
