The duplicate customers report allows you to find customer records that may be a double up. You can filter by name, SMS number or email. To view this:

Go to reports and ensure you have the duplicate customer list report selected from the dropdown and then select either name, SMS or email under the duplicates by dropdown.

To view your selections, click view report. You can then click on the customer ID and use the merge feature under their customer profile to merge the two profiles together.
