Step by step instructions
The Customer Notes Report will show you all of the notes that you have entered against the customer's record, as well as any booking notes that have been added directly to appointment.
1Go to 'Reports' and ensure you have the 'Customer notes' report selected from the dropdown and then select the date range (last 7, 14, or 30 days) or select 'All Time' to see all Notes

2To view your selections, click on 'View Report'

3The report will then show all of your customers in alphabetical order.
