How to use the customers absent since report
The customer absent since report allows you to find which of your customers have not rebooked or do not have any upcoming appointments since a specific date. The report checks the booking history to help you identify which customers have dropped off your radar, and are prime candidates for marketing campaigns and/or tailored communication messages. When choosing the filters, only a single date can be chosen.
Step-by-step instructions
What do I need to know?
- The data is grouped by the last staff member seen by the client. So if a client historically had appointments with multiple staff members, they will be grouped under the one they saw most recently.
- You will be able to see the client's name and contact details as well as their last booking date.
- The days absent is the number of days between the most recent booking and the current local date, the last service that was booked, and the status of the most recent booking, whether it was confirmed, pencilled in, no show or cancelled.
- If selected, the total spend calculates the total amount they've spent on services up to the specified date.
