How to use the customer notes report
The customer notes report will show you all of the notes that you have entered against the client's record, as well as any booking notes that have been added directly to appointment.

Start by going to reports and ensure you have the customer notes report selected from the dropdown.

Select the date range (i.e the last 7, 14, or 30 days) or select all time to see all notes.

To view your selections, click on view report. The report will then show all of your customers in alphabetical order.
