Building Google Reviews helps clients discover and trust your business on Google. If you’re just getting started and want to build up your Google Reviews fast, try sending a one-off SMS Campaign to your existing clients.By sending an SMS campaign, you can quickly reach your existing clients and encourage them to leave a review, helping boost your discoverability and rank you higher in Google Search and Maps.

Create a Google My Business Profile, before you can get a review request link in Timely.

Step-by-step instructions

1 Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on customer messages.

2 Click add new message, and then on follow up messages.

3 Select SMS or email, and then set SMS or email rules for your message. We recommend selecting:

For an appointment containing: any service
Send to appointments with status of completed
Send to each customer only once

4 Next, write your message, give your template a name, and when you are ready click save.
