With Timely, you can help your client's save the Client Login feature to their device. This will then work like your very own app, making for a great client experience. They are able to book their appointments, manage bookings, update their details, fill out consultation forms, view saved payment information, and much more. In this article, you will learn how to save Client Login to your client's device; across both iOS and Android.
How to save client login to your customers device

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on online booking. Once you are there, copy the client login booking link and send this to them directly.

Ask your client to open your online booking on an internet browser from their personal device and have them log in if they are not logged in already.

Click the internet browser's options, and then add to home screen. Client Login should now be on your client's device. Click it to test that it is working. On some phones, they may need to log in again.
Device / Browser specific information
iOS: Safari
- Launch Safari and navigate to a website you frequently visit
- Tap the Bookmark icon at the bottom of the screen
- Click add to home screen
Android: Chrome
- Launch Chrome and open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen
- Click the menu button and then add to home screen
- You will then be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen
