iOS devices that support the Timely app
For the best experience, please make sure you are using the latest iOS version and have updated the Timely iOS app.
To keep the app secure and compatible with newer iOS releases, we update our minimum supported iOS version each year, which means older devices (typically around 9 - 10 years old) may no longer be supported. If you are using an older version of iOS, you will need to access Timely using your web browser.
How to update your iOS device
- Go to settings > general > about to see your iOS version.
- Go back to settings > general > software update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
