Important note: the Timely iOS app is only available on devices using iOS 11 or later. Please make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed for the best app experience.
iOS devices that support the Timely app
If you have an iOS device using the latest version of iOS, or iOS 11 onwards, then you will be able to use the full native Timely iOS app on your iPhone or iPad. If your device is using a version of iOS 10 or earlier, then you will need to access Timely using your browser: http://app.gettimely.com.
How to update your iOS device
- Go to settings > general > about to see your iOS version.
- Go back to settings > general > software update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
