When you raise a sale, it's possible to add multiple bookings via the Timely iOS app. Whether this is multiple bookings for a singular client, or bookings across multiple clients. It can all be done in the one sale! In this guide, you will learn how to add multiple bookings from one client to a singular sale via the Timely iOS app.
How to add multiple bookings from one client to a singular sale
Instead of raising individual invoices for multiple bookings and applying separate payments for each, you can instead combine them all into the one invoice. That way, your client can pay for all their appointments in one go. To do this:

If raising a sale from scratch, click the [+] button to raise a new sale.
2 Use the select a client option to add the client to the sale.

Then click on the appointments tab to add any bookings to the sale. If you’ve already clicked raise sale from the appointment, the client and appointment will already be selected.
4 Once you have added the various appointment bookings, you can proceed with the sale as normal, or click checkout to apply a payment for the total value.
