When you raise a sale, it's possible to add multiple bookings via the Timely iOS app. Whether this is multiple bookings for a singular client, or bookings across multiple clients. It can all be done in the one sale! In this guide, you will learn how to add multiple bookings from one client to a singular sale via the Timely iOS app.
How to add multiple bookings from one client to a singular sale
Instead of raising individual invoices for multiple bookings and applying separate payments for each, you can instead combine them all into the one invoice. That way, your client can pay for all their appointments in one go. To do this:
1 Start by clicking new sale from the sales tab, or select from one of your drafted sales.
2 Then use the select a customer field to add the client to the sale.
3 Next click on the plus icon [+] > more > appointment > and choose the relevant appointments you wish to add.
4 Once you have added the various appointment bookings, you can proceed as normal by clicking checkout to apply a payment.
