If your client is purchasing gift vouchers online, and paying with either Google Pay or Apple Pay, you may be wondering what the client experience looks like. In this guide, you will learn what clients see when using these methods of payment when purchasing gift vouchers.
What your clients see when purchasing gift vouchers

Your clients will fill in all the required details for the gift voucher, such as the recipient's name, email, and their personal message. They then click on go to payments to continue to the payment section.

On the payment page, they select either the Apple Pay or Google Pay option for a faster checkout experience.

When they select either the Apple Pay or Google Pay option, a pop up will window will open asking them to sign in if they haven’t already. Once they are signed in, they simply pick the card they would like to use and then click continue.

They will then be shown the card processing screen while the system validates their payment method and finalises the purchase. After a successful payment, they will see a confirmation page. Here the gift voucher code will be available and they can then print the invoice or the gift voucher.
