Timely makes it easy to block out when you are not in salon, such as on public holidays, vacations, or other times when your business is closed. By using closed dates, you can easily update the availability across the whole account without having to adjust each staff member's availability.
Step-by-step instructions

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on closed dates.

Select the start date and the end date - these are inclusive.

Then add a description, for example: Christmas holidays, salon closed etc.

When you are ready, click save to block out those dates. These will then be shown as unavailable both online and in the calendar. The roster will also show those dates as closed.
