If you've already setup a recurring appointment for a client and you'd like to change it (just a one-off or all their future bookings), follow these easy steps.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Click on the recurring appointment. You'll notice the 'recurring appointment' symbol in the top right corner.
2. Click Edit.
3. Click the Recurrence tab.
4. Make any changes like how often it repeats or when they will end.
5. Click Save.
6. Choose whether you want this change to happen to this appointment only, or every future appointment.
Good to know
Any of the client's bookings before this date will not change. If you want this change to happen on your earlier bookings, you'll need to edit them as well.
If you've added another service to the booking, you won't be able to keep this as a recurring booking. Only bookings with one service can be recurring.
