Reports are a great way to know your business, and understand what makes your salon work, and what doesn't. In this article, you’ll learn how to update your report settings in Timely. For more information, see our help guide How to run reports in Timely.
Important update: we heard your feedback that finding the settings button to filter and customise reports was tricky, as the icon was too subtle. We're now replacing the small "cog" icon with a clear button labeled Settings.
How to update your report settings
You can choose which appointment statuses are included in your reports by default. To change these settings, follow the steps below:
1 Click the settings option on the right hand side:
2 Choose which statuses are used by all of these reports by checking or unchecking the boxes.
3 Click save to apply your changes.
Timely note: changes to your report settings (as above) will take roughly 24 hours to be reflected.
