Keeping client notes allows you to refer to these in future appointments, reducing time spent in appointment catching up on important information; this is especially useful should you have staffing changes. Notes can include context such as: client injuries, preferences, address access, formulas etc. In this guide, you will learn how to add client booking notes to an appointment.
How to add client booking notes to an appointment
These are notes that are linked directly to a specific appointment. Booking notes won't show up in the notes section of the client file but will appear in the print notes which can be accessed directly from the customer's profile along with any customer Notes. Click edit in the appointment pop out.

Click on the appointment in the calendar.

Go to the notes tab, and enter the booking notes in the field provided.

When you are ready, click save to update. Once a booking note has been added it will show up in the appointment pop up. A speech bubble icon will also show on the appointment in the calendar.
