Selling Packages online is one area that many businesses use, to boost their revenue, keep their customers coming back and increasing their customer’s experience.
In this Help Guide, we will teach you 2 ways that you can selling your Packages online to your customers.
What you will need:
- Website/Landing Page
- Online Payment Method other than TimelyPay, such as PayPal, Stripe, etc
To start with, jumping into Timely and create the Packages that you want to sell to your customers online. Creating Packages in Timely is super easy and you can learn how to set them up here - Getting started with New Packages
Using Gift Vouchers
Now that your packages are created in Timely you can start to setup the Gift Vouchers.
First head to Setup > Sales Tools > Gift Vouchers
Then you will create a new Fixed Amount Voucher.
In the gift voucher setup you will add the same details as the package, eg the same name and the amount. You don't need to worry about the expiry of the voucher so you can choose to set this to never if you prefer.
Once this is setup you can then publish the link to sell these vouchers online to your website, add the link to your social media, Linktree etc.
When a client purchases a Gift Voucher Package you will then need to redeem this against the package. You will go to the sales page, search for your client and select the package they have purchased a gift voucher for. Then you will click checkout:
Enter the voucher code that you need to redeem, click Use Voucher
Then on the next page hit Done in the top right hand corner:
This has now exchanged the voucher that the client purchased for the package that they wanted and you can redeem each treatment from their package as normal when they attend their appointments.
Using your website & payment provider
Once you have everything set up in Timely, sign into your Online Payment Provider. In here, you will need to create a product/payment link for each package that you have created in Timely.
With all of your payment links created, it is time to sell them online. On your website/landing page, create a write up about your package and use the product/payment link that you created in the steps above, and create a Buy Now button on your website/landing page.

When your customer purchases your Package online, your Online Payment Provider will then send you an email congratulating you that a customer has purchased your package.
This is where you jump into Timely.
From this email, obtain the details of your customer and sell them the package that the purchased. Once you have sold the package to your customer in Timely, you will be able to redeem the services of the package against the customer, when you check them out.
