With Timely, gift vouchers can be bought online, sent by email, or printed out and given in person. You have control over the gift voucher process, from creation to redemption. So you can decide if they can be purchased online, voided, or if they expire. You can also determine gift voucher terms and conditions, allowing you to customise what information is included on the printed voucher.

How to set up gift vouchers

Step-by-step instructions

1 Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and under sales tools select gift vouchers.

 

2 Scroll down to the fixed amount vouchers section and select new template.

 

3 You can now set the amount, and customise the gift voucher name.

 

4 It is worth also adding a description. Clients can see this when they buy it online or see it on your mini website.

 

5 There are four voucher designs to choose from, you can select the design that best suits your business.

 

6 Choose your online purchase settings. You can decide if the gift voucher can be bought online and at which location you want the purchase to be recorded.

 

7 You can set the terms and conditions for your gift vouchers. Decide if you want them to be redeemable online, is the price visible, can it be voided, will it expire etc.

 

8 When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
