As a Timely Partner, you get access to our special Partner portal to manage your customers. You can login via our website: https://www.gettimely.com/
In this article:
1. Dashboard
Here you’ll see the headliner information like your partner status, commission earned and unpaid commission. Note, you need to have $150 (NZD) in order to be paid.
You can ‘Add a customer now’ - this will allow you to create a new account on behalf of a client.
2. Customers
You can view your customers from the Customers tab. You can also ‘add a customer’ - this will allow you to create a new trial on behalf of a client.
Provided the Timely customer has approved your access, you can jump in and out of Timely accounts via the ‘Log in’ button. The Timely customer can grant you access by connecting their account with your partner portal

3. Promote
This is where you will find tools to promote Timely and sign up new customers.
You can add a Timely banner to your website/email using the HTML code provided.
Sharing the Timely website with your network:
We track any visitors to our website and reward you with the referral if they create a Timely trial account within 90 days.
You can find your affiliate link via the promote tab:
Note, you can add your affiliate link to any URL from our website. This is achieved by copying from the ? to the end of the link (in this instance it is: ?partner=neilconchie1) and adding it to any URL from our website

- Our partners can have a unique promo code that provides their network with a discount. Get in touch via [email protected] to request yours.
- We have assets available for partners to use (e.g. logos, customer images, product images etc). Please email [email protected] to request access.
4. Settings
You can add or update your contact information, social URLS and your Paypal email address (in order to be paid).
5. Payments
You can see a history of all payments you have received. Click the "+Details" button to view more information about a payment.
