As a Premium Support customer, you will have access to our dedicated Support phone number where you can give us a call and get in touch with our team directly. The Premium Support phone number is available within your Timely account, just have a look at the device you're using below.

Desktop and Tablet:
- Log in to your Timely account and look for the 📞 icon on the top navigation bar.
- Click on the 📞 icon to open the Resource Centre in the bottom right of the screen.
- Click on the "Talk to us" module, and this will display the Premium Support phone numbers for each region.
Mobile:
- On your tablet or mobile device, log in to your Timely account and look for the 📞 icon on the top navigation bar.
- Click on the 📞 icon, and this will display the Premium Support phone numbers for each region.
iOS App on iPad:
- While logged in to the Timely iOS app on an iPad, open the Settings menu in the app click on the "Settings" option along the bottom menu bar.
- Then scroll down and click the "Call Us" option. You'll be able to select the right number for your region, and call us directly.
iOS App on iPhone:
- While logged in to the Timely iOS app on your iPhone, click on the "More" option along the bottom menu bar.
- Then scroll down and click the "Call Us" option. You'll be able to select the right number for your region, and call us directly.
