The order that staff appear in the calendar, and in the online booking process, is based on the order they appear in the staff section of your Timely account. You can drag and drop staff to display them in a different order if you wish. In this article you will learn how to change the staff order in your Timely account.
Step-by-step instructions

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on staff from the list of dropdown options.

Click and hold on the staff member, then drag them into the new position. Repeat for any other staff, until they are in the order that you would like.
