In this article you will learn how to delete a staff member from Timely.
Before deleting a staff member, it’s important to follow a few key steps to ensure everything is set up correctly. Learn more here.
Step-by-step instructions
1Staff changes are a part of business. If a staff member won't be returning, you can delete them from your account to remove them completely. To do this, you'll need to go to Setup and then select Staff.

2From there, you'll need to press the delete icon next to the staff member.

3Then you'll be asked to confirm deletion.
At this point, Timely will check if the Staff Member has any future appointments booked. If they do, an alert pops up and the deletion will be halted. To continue on, all future appointments for the staff member need to be removed or reassigned to other staff. Learn more here.
