Bookable staff are team members who are trained to deliver services or treatments to clients. In this article, you will learn how to add bookable staff in your business.
In Timely, you can:
Assign each staff member their own working hours
Choose which services they can provide
Give them a unique login (via their email address) so they can manage their own calendar and bookings
Timely note:
Your Timely plan price is based on the number of active staff you have listed under setup > staff. When you add a new staff member, you will be notified of any additional monthly fee before confirming.
If you add a staff member part-way through your billing cycle, a pro-rated charge will apply immediately. For example, if you add someone halfway through the month, you will pay 50% of the monthly fee to cover their calendar for the rest of that billing period.
From your next billing date onwards, the new staff member will be included in your regular monthly bill, along with your existing team.
