This guide is going to step you through several ways to update your account information and make managing your Timely account a breeze.
IMPORTANT: This guide is designed for Account holders and staff with access to the Billing section. If you do not see these sections in your account, then you will need to login as the account holder.

How to change your billing address
If you'd like to change the email address that is sent your Timely billing notifications, you can update this:
- Head to Account > Billing.
- In the Billing details tab, scroll down to the Billing information section.
- Click the Update billing details button.
- Update your Name, Email and Postal address:
Click Save to update and apply.
How to update your credit or debit card details
Your Timely subscription is paid monthly and will be processed automatically at the same time each month.
You can choose to add a credit card, or debit card that supports online purchases, to your Timely account which will be used to pay for the monthly subscription and to top up SMS credits.
If your card is due to expire, or you have lost or replaced your card, you can update this to your new card details in your account:
- Head to Account > Billing.
- In the Billing details tab, scroll down to the Payment information section.
- Click the Update card details button:
- Enter the new card information:
- Click Save to finish.
Note: When you add a new card or change your existing card details, your account will be charged a temporary $1 fee to authorise the card. This will be reversed shortly afterwards.
