To pay your monthly subscription, we securely store your credit card information so you can be billed automatically. It's easy to add or update at any time. Just follow the simple steps below.
This guide is designed for Account holders and staff with access to the Billing section. If you do not see these sections in your account, then you will need to login as the Account holder.
Add or update your credit card
1 Go to Account and select Billing.
2 Scroll down to the Payment information section.
3 If you're new to Timely the button will say Add card details and if you've already got a credit card stored on your account it will say Update card details.
4 Put in all your credit card information then click Save.

2 To add or change your billing details click Update billing details.
3 Fill in your business name, account holder's first and last name, email address, and street address.
4 Click Save.
