Paying your monthly subscription with Timely is easy, we securely store your credit card information so you can be billed automatically. It's simple to add or update at any time, in this guide you will learn how to update your billing details.
Important note: This guide is designed for account holders and staff with access to the billing section. If you do not see these sections in your account, then you will need to login as the account holder.
How to add or update your credit card

Head to setup > account and select billing.

Scroll down to the payment information section.

If you're new to Timely the button will say add card details and if you've already got a credit card stored on your account it will say update card details.

Enter in your credit card information then click save.

To add or change your billing details click update billing details.

Fill in your business name, account holder's first and last name, email address, and street address.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
