You can disable your Shopify integration by following a few simple steps in your Shopify admin portal as described below. Note that you will need your Shopify account to be active to disable the integration by yourself, which will automatically disable it in Timely as well.
- login to your Shopify admin portal and click on the apps section as shown below.
- Click on the app and sales channel settings option as shown below.
- Here under the 'installed' section you will see the Timely app with a dotted menu to the right. Click on the dotted menu and click 'uninstall' to disable the integration. This will remove the link between the products in Shopify and Timely.
If your Shopify account is inactive, you will have to contact Timely support to disable the integration.
