Determining how you took the deposit
Firstly it's important to determine how you took the deposit:

TimelyPay: when you choose TimelyPay as your refund method, your refund will be automatically processed. If you do not select this method, it will not be done automatically.

Cash: follow the steps below then refund the cash in-person.

Windcave, PayPal, Stripe: follow the steps below, then go through your payment provider's refund process to refund their credit card.
- Internet banking: follow the steps below, then ask for their account number to refund the amount back through online banking.
How to refund a deposit

Click on the appointment in your calendar and
select the client's name, or alternatively you can click the client's name in the
side bar.
