Once your client has completed their treatment or service, you will want to change their booking status to reflect this. Doing so will help you keep track of where each client is at in their appointment process, allowing for seamless calendar management. In this guide, you will learn how to change an appointment status to complete, via the edit button in the clients appointment box. Step-by-step instructions

Click on the appointment that's finished, and select the edit option.

From the drop down menu, choose completed.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes. You will now see the appointment is greyed out.
