This article is for:
Appointment statuses help you keep track of where your clients are in the appointment process. There are default statuses but you can also create custom statuses specific to your business.
1 Go to Setup and Calendar Settings.

2 Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Appointment statuses section.

3 To add a new status click the plus button.

4 Add the new status in the new blank field at the bottom of the list.

5 Click Save.

Check the new status has been added
1 Go to the Calendar and click on an appointment.

2 Click Edit.

3 When the appointment is Confirmed, you'll see the different statuses, including the newly added status.
