If your client misses their appointment, you mark their appointment status as Did not show. You can set up a message that will automatically send to them to let them know they've missed it. This is an opportunity to remind them of your cancellation terms or send them an online booking link.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click Setup and select Customer messages.
2 Click Add a new message.
3 Select Did not show.
4 Choose if you want to send these messages by text or email. If you choose SMS this will come out of your monthly SMS allowance.
5 There's a message written already. But you can change it here if you want and there's a preview below.
6 Click Save.
