If a client doesn't arrive for their appointment, you can mark them as a no-show. It's a good idea to keep a record of which clients don't turn up. That way, if it keeps happening you can do something about it.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on the client's appointment and select Edit.

2 Go to the appointment status section of the pop up box.

3 Change the status to Did Not Show.

4 Click Save.

A thumbs down icon is now on the booking.

You will also see if your client has not arrived for an appointment for any future bookings.
