Every time you mark a client as Did not show, it is saved onto their client file. You can go back and check how often a client has missed their appointment. There's two easy ways to get more information on the client.
Search through the Client sidebar
1 Open the Client sidebar.
2 Type your client's name in the search field and click their name.
3 Above their name you'll see a thumbs down icon with the number of times they've missed their appointment.
Search through the Customers tab
1 Click Customers and search for your client's name.
2 Click their name in the list of results.
3 If they've missed an appointment, there'll be a thumbs down icon next to their name with the number of times it's happened.
Good to know
If a client keeps missing their appointments, it can really impact your business. There are things you can do about it like block the client so they're not able to book online anymore.
