Step-by-step instructions
1 Go to the support form.
2 Select Billing and Subscription Enquiries.
3 Type in your email.
4 Type in the email which is linked with your Timely account.
5 Select the type of subscription you're on.
6 Under the question about what you need help with, select Timely Account enquiry.
7 Click on Reactivate my account.
8 Add the Subject and in the description, add in any more details that will help the team answer your request faster.
9 Click Submit. And the team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
