Step-by-step instructions
1 Head to the cancel account screen inside Timely, follow this link.
2 You can either: speak with our team to explore options to stay with Timely, or choose to continue to cancellation.
3 You will need to select a reason for cancellation, before you can continue. There is also space to add any feedback or information on why you're canceling your account, which helps us understand ways that we can improve Timely.

After you've cancelled, you'll no longer be able to login to Timely to export information. So it's crucial to do this before cancelling your account to ensure you have the information needed to continue running a successful business.
5 Once you're ready, and you're sure you want to leave, click please cancel my account. This is your last chance to get in touch with us to see if we can help. Otherwise, continue by clicking cancel account now.

Once you've completed these steps, your account will now be cancelled and you will no longer be charged.
Important note: If you change your mind, no worries! If you're returning within 12 months all your settings and data have been saved so it's easy to get back to business.
