Timely can connect to your thermal printer so you can print receipts for your clients. Once you've setup Timely to print receipts, you need to check your settings.

You need to connect your printer to your computer before you can test printing receipts.
You need to log into Timely with Google Chrome when printing receipts.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Choose a booking in your calendar that has a paid invoice. Click the appointment.
2 Click View invoice.
3 Click Print at the bottom of the invoice
4 This will open the print screen where you'll see a preview of the receipt. Check the Destination is your thermal printer.
5 Click More settings.
6 Change the paper size to what your printer recommends for receipt printing. You'll see the preview is more like a receipt now.
7 Uncheck the boxes for headers and footers and background graphics.
8 Click Print to test the printer is working properly.
9 Done! You shouldn't need to do these steps every time you print. You can see in the preview box every time to make sure it's still set up right.
