This help doc describes how to get your Star TSP 100/TSP113/TSP143 working on a PC or laptop running Microsoft Windows.
- Download and install the appropriate driver from the Star website.
- Open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers from the options.
- Right click the Star TSP100/TSP113/TSP143 printer (depending on which one you have).
- Choose Printing preferences from the option and then click Advanced.
- Under Paper Size, make sure that "72mm x Receipt" is selected:
- Click OK twice to return to the list of devices.
- Right click the printer again and this time choose Printer Properties.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Click Printing Defaults and then Advanced from the options.
- Under Paper Size, make sure that "72mm x Receipt" is selected:
- Click OK twice to confirm.
Your printer is now set up for receipt printing from Timely!
