This feature allows you to set varying service prices based on your staff's skill level, experience, and seniority; all while simplifying your calendar management and supporting internal career development. Important note: Setting up tiered pricing won’t have any effect unless it is assigned to specific staff and set up in the services section. This is the first of 3 steps in setting up tiered pricing, but don't worry - it is super easy to do! Step by step instructions

1 To set up tiered pricing, head to setup in your account dashboard, and click staff from the dropdown menu.

2 Click edit price tiers. Here you can select and create different tiers based on how you wish them to be presented in your Timely account. Select +Add new for additional tiers and give each tier a unique name.

3 When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
