A: It depends on your online booking settings.
If the client specifically requested a staff member, they can only reschedule with that same staff member. The price of their new booking will remain the same.
If the client chose "No Preference" when booking, the system will not show the original staff member when they reschedule. The price of the appointment will change based on the tiered pricing of the staff member they choose for the new time.
Q: Can I change a booking to a different staff member from my calendar?
A: Yes, you can change an existing booking to a different staff member directly from your calendar in two ways:
- Using the Edit function: Click on the appointment, select Edit, and then choose a new staff member from the dropdown menu.
- Using the Drag & Drop function: Click and drag the appointment to the new staff member's column on the calendar.
Q: How does moving a booking to a different staff member affect the price?
A: When you drag and drop an appointment to a new staff member, the system will manage the price based on their tier:
Same Seniority Level: The price will not change.
