Important note: Setting up tiered pricing won’t have any effect unless it is assigned to specific staff and set up in the services section. This is the second of 3 steps in setting up tiered pricing, but don't worry - it is super easy to do! Step by step instructions
Once you have created your pricing tiers in your Timely account and you can now match your services with these pricing ranges. Once you've done this, the last step will be to assign staff members to these pricing tiers. For now, let's cover how to add tiered pricing to your services:
Timely note: when you set up tiered pricing for a service it will automatically be applied to any existing or new service groups that contain that service. The price at the checkout will vary depending on the tier of the team member who performs the service.
To create a new appointment with tiered pricing, in the calendar, create an appointment as usual and select the staff member that will be performing the service and price of the service will change.
