How to log into two-factor authentication (2FA) via iOS

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security you can add to your Timely account to ensure both business and client information remains secure from compromise. This is an integral part of running a successful business. In this article, you will learn how to log into two-factor authentication via iOS. Important note: we’re rolling out MFA to Timely users in stages. If you’re already using SMS 2FA, you can continue using this for now. Keep an eye out for further updates as we continue rolling this out. For more information, see our guide Multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Timely.

 

 

Step-by-step instructions 

1 Open the Timely app on your iOS device. Once the login screen appears, enter your email and password, then click log in.

 

2 Once the platform has loaded, the 2FA prompt will ask you to verify your identify. Click the phone number field. Type in your mobile phone number using the keypad.

 

 

Timely note: for the best experience, please make sure you are using the latest iOS version, and have updated the Timely iOS app. Please note, the 2FA feature is not available in Singapore.
