Targeted SMS is a great way to send marketing campaigns to a group of your clients, like a limited time offer or an important update to your business. By default, only the account owner has access to SMS campaigns. In this guide you will learn how to adjust permissions to allow your staff to send SMS campaigns.
How to allow your staff permission to send SMS campaigns
1 Head to account > staff access.
2 Look for the staff you would like to give access to, then select edit or give access.

On the Messages section, select the checkbox for SMS campaigns.

Next select one of the options available to you, such as: full access or some access, once you've done this - select the checkbox next to the promote section.

Now you can allow your staff permission to view client details in the customers section (note: this permission is necessary to send an SMS campaign). To do this select access to all customer database or access to customer contact details and notes only option. Now you can select the checkbox next to allow access to customer contact details.

Click save and now the staff member will have access to SMS campaigns and customer/client contact details.
