If you have staff members, such as receptionists, administrators or external consultants that need access to your Timely account but do not require a calendar to take their own appointments, then you can add these staff to your account as administrators. In this article, you will learn how to add an administrator to your account.
There is no charge for adding administrators to your account and you can add as many as you require. Once you have your administrators added to your account, you will need to give them the right permissions. For more information, see our help guide How to grant access to an administrator.
Timely note: you cannot change an existing staff member to an administrator at this time. The best approach is to delete a staff member first and recreate them as an administrator following the steps below.
