If you have a staff member leaving your business, but you think there is a possibility they may return in future, you have the option to archive them in your system; rather than deleting them completely. Timely notes:
- Archiving a staff member will not delete any of their appointment information. While their calendar will no longer be accessible, their full appointment and sales history will remain available in reports and individual customer records. Once archived, you will no longer be charged for that staff member's calendar. Your monthly subscription will be updated automatically.

Step-by-step instructions

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on staff.

You will need to navigate to the staff member that you want to archive, and then select the archive button. Staff members can be activated again at any time. You'll just need to press the activated button to do so.
