It is easy to switch between users in Timely, allowing for accurate reporting and greater trust amongst staff. Timely requires that individual staff, including admin users, use their own login details to manage appointments. This way, a full history of actions is kept for each staff member. In this article, you will learn how to switch between users in Timely.
Timely note: this guide covers how to switch between users in Timely using passwords, this is slightly different than PIN switching (which allows you to switch between accounts seamlessly). How to switch between users in Timely

The image or initials of who is logged in is displayed in the top right-hand corner of your Timely account. To switch users, select the name or image.

A pop-up window will appear with the option of who you can switch to, if you have many users, a search option is available.

When you select the new user, you will be prompted to enter your password. When you do this, you will then be able to switch to the new user profile.
