Note: To make sure you get the very best app experience, you'll need to have the latest version of IOS installed on your phone or iPad.
You can access a whole bunch of useful customer information from your iPhone or iPad, using the Timely iOS app. In this guide, we will cover:
- How to search for a customer
- Viewing or editing a client's records
- Viewing a client's sales history
- Viewing a client's appointment history and notes
- Managing a client's stored cards
Search for a customer
- Tap on the Customers tab in the menu:
- Start typing the client's name in the Search field provided and tap on the client's name to open their record:
View or edit a client's record
Once the client's record is opened, you will be able to view their full history:
- View a summary of their record including contact details, date of birth, account balance and status:
- Tap Edit in the top right corner to make any changes to the client's record:
View sales
- Tap View sales to view a full list of paid and unpaid sales:
- You'll can switch between viewing Sales and Refunds at the top of the page:
3. You can then tap on the sales to view or print a copy of the receipt:
4. Or, tap on an Unpaid sale and Open sale to apply a payment:
View appointments and notes
- Tap on a Previous appointment or Upcoming appointment to view the appointment details:
- Tap on any notes to edit, or tap Add note to add a new note:
Managing stored cards
If you are using TimelyPay as your payment gateway, your clients can securely save their card details when making an online payment, and their cards will be shown under the Customer profile of your iOS app:
1. See how many cards are saved against that client under Stored Cards:
2. Remove a card on their behalf by tapping View stored cards and the trash icon on the next screen:
