With Timely you're able to send a multitude of various SMS and email messages to your clients, such as: reminders, follow ups, targeted marketing campaigns, thank you's, and birthday messages. In this article you will learn how to customise your email extras.
How to customise your email extras

Head to setup > email settings from the main menu.

Scroll down to the email extras section
You can then choose to:
A attach calendar files to customer emails, which will include a calendar event in the client's confirmation email.
B
include the address of mobile locations (this will show the appointment address by default).
C hide service and staff details to protect a client's privacy, or if you don't need the client to see which staff member/service is booked.
