How your clients can redeem a promo code online (with online payments enabled)
Please note: if you take deposits online these, the promo code discount will not be taken off the deposit at the time it is paid. At checkout the promo discount will be applied to the full service price (including the deposit).
The process to redeem a promo code follows the same online booking flow we currently offer within Timely.
- Client will initiate an online booking by opening your website and clicking on the Book button on your website.
- Select their required Service(s) and click Continue.
- Select a Staff member (if applicable) and click Continue.
- Select an Appointment Day and time and click Continue.
- Enter their details for the booking and click Continue.
- Redeem a promo code by typing in the Promo code and clicking the Apply button.
If the promo code is successfully applied then a Promo code is applied message will be displayed along with a reduction in the price of the services included in the booking.
- Make payment by completing the payment details and clicking the Pay button.

The process to redeem a promo code follows the same online booking flow we currently offer within Timely.
- Client will initiate an online booking by opening your website and clicking on the Book button on your website.
- Select their required Service(s) and click Continue.
- Select a Staff member (if applicable) and click Continue.
- Select an Appointment Day and time and click Continue.
- Enter their details for the booking.
- Redeem a promo code by typing in the Promo code in the Have a promo code? field and clicking the Book button:
